Represents Universities and Colleges Transit Operations Centers that operate and maintain fixed-route transit services on large college campuses throughout the state. Centers are responsible for dispatching, scheduling and transit traveler information systems on their respective campuses. Centers utilize Automated Vehicle Locator (AVL) systems to monitor and report on vehicle locations. Centers coordinate transit schedules and operations with nearby Regional Transit Authorities, and centers also coordinate with Ohio DOT District Offices to share information on transit operations with ODOT District Offices.
