Represents the collective body of vehicles that travel on Ohio DOT interstates and roadways which depicts the vehicle population from which traffic information is collected (average occupancy, average speed, total volume, average delay, etc.), and to which traffic control indicators are applied (intersection signals, stop signs, ramp meters, lane control barriers, variable speed limit indicators, etc.).
